CENTA MAX
The CENTAMAX is a coupling for engines. The elasticity-rich rubber transmits power and well absorbs vibrations and shocks. It is flexible in a torsional direction and downs a resonance point caused by torsional vibration to below engine low idling. It is short in an axial direction to save a space. It can be directly mounted in engine fly wheels compatible with SAE standard J620. Input and output can be connected and disconnected easily merely by moving axially. Maintenance is easy as well.

Weight Type
A dial is integrated with the inside weight, and it is always at a fixed position by a pendulum principle. When rotating the case, a short hand rotates by decelerating through the inside gear. A short hand indicates 360 deg. x rotation ratio per rotation of the case. A long hand is integrated with the acrylic plate, and it indicates a rotation angle when rotating the case.
SD-28/38/53/75 (Indicator Only)A stand-alone model is classified into 28, 38, 53 and 75 according to the outside diameter. The size 28 and 38 is an integrated model with handle that is used by mounting directly on a rotating shaft. The size 53 and 75 can not be mounted directly on a rotating shaft that the design of handle part is necessary. A handle set model is also available. Each type has 1 or 2 indicator needles. The appropriate type can be selected from a variety of products in rotation ratio.
SD-53/75 (Combination with Handle)This is a model with satisfactory design and function adding a handle part to the stand-alone model SD-53/75. A large variety of handle outside diameters from 66mm to 250mm are available. A performance of the index part is the same as the stand-alone model. The appropriate type can be selected from a variety of products in rotation ratio.
Differential Type
By rotating the main moving case, a pinion gear rotates in a circle astride both internal gears that have the same pitch circumference and different teeth number. When the main moving case makes one revolution, a rotation angle differential for teeth number differences of two internal gears is generated. A dial moves for a certain angle to indicate the value at a mark position of the fixed case.
SD-50/100 ModelWhen rotating the rotating shaft, the dial rotates in the same direction. A clockwise or counterclockwise type is selected for a dial. A dial without a scale is also available for writing a scale freely. Unlike the weight type, the indicator can be mounted freely in any direction.

It can be also used with both two-shaft butting and wrapping as a flexible coupling. Drive key power transmission allows use in oil. Two types, the TT-01 for two-shaft butting and TT-03 for wrapping, are available.

DC Motors
The MIKI PULLEY DC motor is widely used in every field of industry by its excellent controllability and high reliability. It is a high-performance DC motor designed by rich experiences for customer's needs.
It is the "Static Leonard method" non-stage speed change motor that combines a separately-excited motor appropriate to variable speed with the SCR control device controllable by a weak electric signal of a few mA. The speed can be changed from high to low infinitely at stable rotations. It has an excellent control responsiveness and high rotational accuracy (+/-2%) , and the operation is incredibly simple.
SC SeriesCommercial AC 100V or 200V power supply can be used regardless of 50/60Hz, and the optional speed can be selected by the speed setter on the control panel. The speed can be changed infinitely at stable rotation throughout a rage from high speed of the rated speed 2500min-1 (1750min-1 for the rated output 1.5kW and above) to low speed of 1/30. There are wide variations such as SCW model with worm reducer or SCG model with base-type coaxial reducer except the SCD model of stand-alone motor. Also, the high-performance SC series are capable of feedback control by mounting a tachometer generator to the motor.

The speed can be changed infinitely at stable rotation throughout a rage from high speed of the rated speed 2500min-1 to low speed of 1/20. Controllers
Introduction of control systems is gaining for automated machinery in various fields. Especially, position control systems are used for all kinds of automated machinery. We offer various controllers suitable for fixed position-to-position control, synchronous (follow-up) control and biaxial interpolation control. Also, a controller that controls a powder brake voltage to obtain a stable tension control is available. Troublesome task in the process of system construction is reduced by our easy-to-operate controllers with advanced controls.
SPC-PULCON (SPC-2000)
The SPC-PULCON is a controller suitable for a biaxial (2-shaft) control. For X-Y table purposes, the SPC-2000-P is available. Arc interpolation, linear interpolation and teaching function are included. A small-scale program operation can be performed. Programming is easy by entering a simple command and necessary data with commonly-used spreadsheet software. A handshake function is also included by I/O. For synchronous (follow-up) control purposes, the SPC-2000-S is available. This model synchronizes two shafts with the other shaft operation. There are three types of synchronous patterns, proportional synchronization, reciprocating synchronization and two-speed synchronization (rotary cutter) to assign the required patterns to the two shafts. Since the operation patterns are set in advance, no programming is required. The operation can be performed simply by setting the roll diameter of the device, decelerating ratio, servo resolution, maximum rotation speed or rotational direction.
SPC-SYNCHRO (SPC-011-SYNC)
The SPC-SYNCHRO synchronizes one shaft with the other shaft operation. There are three types of synchronous patterns as well as SPC-2000-S, proportional synchronization, reciprocating synchronization and two-speed synchronization (rotary cutter). The functions conform to the SPC-2000-S. Controlling shaft number is 1.
SPC-007 Model
A mark control needed for use in roll feeder is enhanced. Feed length is automatically updated by following the change of mark interval to keep a stopping accuracy. It can be synchronized with a tool such as a cutter with up-and-down motion. By a function to stabilize the ratio of the time needed for tool cycling and feeding, a feeding speed is automatically updated as tool cycle time changes, which prevents a tool from getting caught during feeding of material.
SPC-501 Model
This is an open-loop controller by integrated thickness detection for powder brakes (clutches). It is suitable for a tension control when feeding and taking up a film, paper or thread. This control method outputs a voltage commensurate with the take-up diameter calculated by integrating sensor signals attached to a take-up spindle. A feed-back loop by a sensor for precise detection of actual tension is not performed. However, it is easy to adjust and there is no instability. A tension detection sensor is not required that the cost can be reduced.
Linear Motion
Miki pulley's linear motion products consist of very unique products, such as linear shaft drive and Rohlix. Linear shaft drive is a new cylinder model linear motor system which was designed to be driven by a most simple system. Rohlix converts rotational motion into linear motion by a lead of helix of six ball bearings installed in Rohlix at certain angles. Both are very unique Miki products.

Driving without an external position sensor is possible because magnetic flux occurred from shaft enables position detection. It can occur thrust force immediately after starting because position of magnetic pole can be detected by the built-in position sensor that enables operation without preparing with external magnetic pole detecting elements. In addition, complex positioning driving is possible without an outer controller because the driver is built-in with positioning driving function.

ROH'LIX
A linear actuator ROH'LIX has 6 precision ball bearings, and each 3 are fixed on each end of the aluminum block. They are attached with a uniform lead angle for the drive shaft to convert a rotation of drive shaft into an equilibrium linear motion.
YRL Model
A linear actuator ROH'LIX has 6 precision ball bearings, and each 3 are fixed on each end of the aluminum block. They are attached with a uniform lead angle for the drive shaft to convert a rotation of drive shaft into an equilibrium linear motion. Various other options such as linear shaft, linear guide or shaft block are available.
