Short Description :

In a word, this product is a shock absorber. It is a multifunction and multipurpose suspension unit with a unique principle and construction. Three functions, spring, damper and bearing functions, are provided at the same time. It is composed of a metal inner and outer shell with 45 deg. of displacement and precompressed cylindrical rubber. Due to the non-linear spring characteristic, an oscillating movement is transmitted reliably to absorb vibrations and noises at the same time. It has an excellent durability to fluctuations and impact loads.

DR Model

The DR model is a standard model of the Rubber Spring ROSTA. Combination of a metal outer shell and metal or aluminum alloy inner shell can be selected. It is suitable for various applications such as a spring for general machinery, elastic guide, tensioner or flexible stopper.

DK Model

The outer shell is made by a cylindrical aluminum alloy. For the inner shell, a metal hollow quadrangle or aluminum alloy are available. It can be fixed at any position of 360 degree. It is suitable for various applications such as a spring for general machinery, elastic guide, tensioner or flexible stopper.

DO Model

It is a model connecting two standard models of Rubber Spring ROSTA. The outer shell is made by an aluminum alloy. For the inner shell, metal and aluminum alloy are available. Allowable torsional angle is large as 60degree. It is suitable for various applications such as a spring for general machinery, elastic guide, tensioner or flexible stopper.
