Limit switch for elevator
DI-101 enables elevator car not to exceed the top floor or the ground floor automatically and reduce the speed or stop operation toward that direction. As a limit switch that limits the location of elevator car, it is a detection switch converting mechanical signal to electric signal.
If contact of switch touches the part to be detected in elevator control switch, this elevator limit switch ? mechanic sensor- makes the point of contact open and close by moving contactor.
Governor Switch for elevator
DI-102 is governor switch used for detecting overspeed, which cuts the power of electric motor and stops elevator car if elevator car operates at over the normal speed and speed indicator points dangerous speed.
Before elevator car exceeds 130% of regular speed, turn governor switch open and cut the power of electric motor and before over 140%, governor switch is turned open and catch governor rope and operates emergency stop.
Link switch for elevator
DI-103, Link switch, is attached to top and bottom of elevator and reduces the speed or cuts the power for preventing elevator to go beyond limited operation distance and also can be used for stage setting or general machine and etc.
Three link switches are installed to each the top and the bottom and the installation location is can be different according to the speed of elevator.
Normally, it is contracted with NC("B" contract point) and when roller passes through cam, it operates.
Non-automatic return switch for elevator
If once contract has been detached and return it to original state, DI-104 is non -automatic return switch for elevator converting external force manually and it is used for two-way governor.
A,B Double type limit switch for elevator
DI-105 is installed to the top and the bottom of elevator and is A, B Double type limit switch that it detects the location of elevator car and if elevator go beyond the restricted area, it cuts the elevator power.
Updoor interlock for elevator
DI-107 is door locking device for Freight Elevator among Door Operator. That is, updoor locking device certified as elevator safety system( EK-MARK, Korean Electric Safety System ) with ECK-1004:2005 application. Elavator hall door of updoor is installed in door guide rail by updoor guide shoe. And car door & door key plate is installed at the back to open the door in elevator hall side with using special door key.
