CBW Model (Clutch , brake and reducer)The clutch and brake are mounted on the input shaft of the reducer. The output is performed from the reducer, and the input is performed by belt transmission from the V pulley. As a standard part, V pulley is installed in the input section for easy handling. Installation is completed merely installing a reducer to eliminate troublesome centering and processing. Self inertia is reduced by integrating a reducer for efficient start and stop. A combination with a reducer accomplishes excellent performance for various applications such as a wide range of speed change in combination with a transmission, or a 360-degree revolution stop of the output shaft.

121-[]-10 Type (Double clutch)It is a double clutch unit with two clutches set on the both side of drum sharing basic design with clutch-brake unit 121-[]-20. Two-stage speed change and forward-reverse operation with hub input, or distribution of motive power with shaft input can be selected. As well as 121-[]-20, it is strongly resistant to a radial load with a wide bearing span that it can be used with high tension by mounting a V pulley or spur gear.
122 Model (Double clutch and brake)This 122 model is a unique unit with two clutches (101-[]-15) and one brake (111-[]-12). Various application controls such as high precision positioning or complex operation can be performed by this single unit. It is easy to mount and handle as well as other units. Two-stage speed change, stopping in constant positions or high-frequency forward-reverse operation is performed by hub input. Braking of output shaft is performed by interrupting the current of clutch and applying current through the brake.
BXW Model (Braking and holding)In the same dimensions, the L type for use in braking, H type for use in braking and holding and S type for use in holding are available. No running-in required. Torque satisfies rated value right from the beginning of use. A stator used as a heat source can be mounted either on the inside or outside direction in accordance with the intended use. The anti-noise spring reduces a clattering sound generated by fine vibration during rotations. It corresponds to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances that bans the use of 6 substances such as mercury or lead.
BXL Model (Braking)The BXL model is a compact brake exclusively for braking. An asbestos-free special friction material with a high resistance to wear is used to endure use for a long time. Torque fluctuation is small. Load is braked instantaneously even in trouble. A rotor spring reduces a rasping high-frequency friction sound during braking. A quiet braking sound is ensured.
BXH Model (Holding)The BXH model is a compact brake for holding and emergency braking only. It has the same dimensions as the BXL model with double torque. No running-in required. Torque satisfies rated value right from the beginning of use.
BXR Model (Holding)BXR is a holding brake as well as emergency brake. The thickness is 2/3 of our conventional brake and the shape is designed compact that realized less space for installation. The biggest advantage is the light weight of the rotor. That can reduce the wear of rotor at idling time very successfully. The brake with low inertia can be assembled without damaging the responsiveness of the servo motor. Also, the energy-saving design with low capacity can reduce temperature rise of the coil.
457 Model (Braking)The 457 model is a compact brake for braking only. An asbestos-free special friction material with a high resistance to wear is used to endure use for a long time. The external stator system reduces the effect of heat generated by the coil.
458 Model (Braking and holding)The 458 model is a high-torque brake with longer operating time used for both braking and holding. A special armature reduces a rasping high-frequency friction sound during braking. The braking torque can be adjusted in a wide range by turning the torque adjustment ring. Minimum torque is assured by a double braking construction. Manual lever or dustproof cover is available as options.
546 Model (Toothed clutch)Torque is transmitted by engagement of teeth and large torque can be transmitted even though the clutch is small. There are full position with entire circumference engagement and single position with fixed position engagement (engaged at one position in one revolution). As a tooth tip configuration, full depth tooth usable in any rotation direction and saw tooth with higher relative velocity engagement are available.
BMS Model (Sprig loaded)A non-excited brake and compact power supply are contained without changing the dimensions of a general-purpose motor. The motor shaft rotates by power input and stops by current interruption. Braking can be released manually by the release lever even in a brake hold condition. The BMS-[]NHB type for base mounting and BMS-[]NHF type for flange mounting are available.
BMM Model (Excitation)A non-excited brake and compact power supply are contained without changing the dimensions of a general-purpose motor. Braking of motor shaft is performed by applying current through the brake coil. Torque is transmitted by a constant-load plate spring to ensure always-stable braking. The BMM-[]NHB type for base mounting and BMM-[]NHF type for flange mounting are available.
BES Model (Normal high speed control)Model BES is a compact Over-excitation Power Supply for our standard electromagnetic clutch and brake of DC24V, 45V, 90V to realize high speed reaction at the whole capacity range. Model BES apply high voltage into the stator at short time to pull the armature to the stator quickly. As the result, the customer can enjoy high frequent and high precision operation. Model BES meet with RoHS Directive and by using optional EMC Directive unit, model BES can satisfy EC Directive.
BEH Model (Ultra high speed control)The operation speed of a clutch and brake is spectacularly improved to offer high-frequency and high-accuracy operations. It is compact and lightweight, also has substantial protection features. Correspond to various applications. High-frequency switching behavior such as inching operation can be performed by a single input signal. A fighting phenomenon caused by reverse-excitation feature in a large clutches and brakes can be reduced. Also, an optimal value for operating our electromagnetic clutches and brakes is set in advance that troublesome adjustment is not required. Furthermore, a short circuit or disconnection caused by faulty wiring or setting error during installation is informed by an alarm display. For use as an overexcitation power supply, effects such as longer operating life of an electromagnetic clutch and brake (approx. twice the normal use) or shortening of the armature suction time (approx. 1/2) can be achieved by synchronizing the stationary exciting voltage of power supply with the rated voltage of electromagnetic clutch and brake. For use as a low-excitation power supply, effects such as low power consumption (approx. 1/4), suppression of heat generation from a stator (electromagnetic coil) (approx. 1/4) or shortening of the armature suction time can be achieved by synchronizing the overexcitation voltage of power supply with the rated voltage of electromagnetic clutch and brake. BEM Model (Compact)The BEM model is a compact and lightweight power supply for the rated voltage DC45/90/180V non-excited brakes.
